i want to know if a 3 inch coil spacer is a good idea cause i have heard they might cause vibrations and put stress on my lower control arm and ball joints

so should i get a 3 inch coil spacer or stick to the 2 inch one

Rule of thumb.
Anything over 3 inch or more you will need more suspension upgrades.
2 inch you will be fine

Im assuming your truck is a 2wd? Alot of people run 3" on 2wd without problems but its really pushing the limits of the ball joints

This site use to carry the spacers I have. They are daystar 2.5" spacers. But this kit should work be good.

Did you put that on top of your rcx 6" ??

Yes I did. Made the ride imo better. Before it was bouncy lol. It worked out great on mine, and Weedahoe's lifts. I haven't had any pro oem with it wearing out parts. And my upper control arms don't hit. But I think it is only accomplishable with the 6"
