Dex is OAT, but OAT isn't necessarily Dex. That link doesn't give complete info, I will get the right one.

So your orange HOAT if that is what it is, is Rams version of Zerex G05, made by Zerex. Safe play would be put back g05, but if you want to extend your interval, I would get Chrysler OAT. If you go back to g05, I think they lesson the drain interval, so every 3 years instead of 5. Factory fill is one thing, but as your coolant system ages, beter to flush a little more often. GL
