Is this a bad deal on a trade for my 03 ram 1500 regular cab shortbed 4.7 with 128k..... 1998 Dodge Dually Diesel 4x4

by the way it has 260k which is what im scared about.

I wouldn't, downgrading to a older truck with double the miles.. Not smart in my book.
