I have always had my own bank account, even when i was married.
She also had her own account.
If something came up & she wanted/needing something, like car.
We sat down & discussed it & decided payments or cash, i bought her a 1967 Mustang Fast Back, that she had found.

I enjoyed my beer & i made the decision to move far far away, my life became me, me, me & she is better off now.

I changed my life, riding Harleys & having fun, now i am close to 80 & few regrets.
