Maybe I’ll wait a bit. Thinking of either going green or gold for rims. Something different that’s unique. Don’t want to be like everyone else.

Maybe I could get color matched decals then to go with. Or carbon fiber ones.

Debadge it... So much cleaner and less dirt gets stuck behind them...4179be54efdaf83d3518a80db35d3549.jpg

I vote partial debadge... remove the ram 1500 from the doors (looks to big imo) keep the Hemi badges if it’s a Hemi.. if it’s a 4x4 that can stay as well. You almost need something on the sides or it looks like a plain Jane Pen-star base model vehicle (nothing against the v6 guys but there’s plenty of em on the road. No recommendation on “plasti dip” imo looks like poo I rather throw some overlays on em if your wanting a different color.

Not sure about sun all year, but they've held up in Wisconsin winters with plenty of touch less washes!

Definitely De-Badge IMO. They look much cleaner, I think they look like a billboard with all the advertising on your truck. If they were a little more subtle it would be one thing but they’re plastered on the truck. If you like them, you could always add their phone number I guess! LOL

Debadge!! I love the clean look plus it’s so much easier to clay bar and detail the truck.

Plus when the plastidip starts to peel it’s one extra thing to maintain.

Both would look purdy though. Painting is another option.

I'm about to do a build thread on random stuff I've done on my truck, been wanting to do one just never get around too it lol. Here is a recent photo of my truck with rear debadged. What yall think? I'm about to change to black tips as soon as they get here.

I dipped mine. 5 coats on each. No gloss. Ppl think it's paint. No issues with washing the truck or anything.
Plus it saves having to pull badges, paint them and try to realign them again to original location.

Will edit this post with pics shortly...

Oh yeah, I actually debadged the whole thing and then had body shop smooth out and repaint tailgate. Love the clean look without any badges!

I removed the 1500, like the look of the ram, I later peeled the plastidip away off the red hem letters and looks greatad82f7233951770deeafe6f1215e3d62.jpg970b0b2f4e700dcbfee9f2196ba2291a.jpg87b2ab359854e08fe7dfbb88ef21b97e.jpg

Debadged looks clean. I left hemi sticker and swapped front and rear rams heads to black and did this
