Dealer Service Record

Is there a way to get complete dealer service records? Is it system wide accessable or are they only kept on the local computers at the dealer that performed the service?

go to www.ramtruck.com and go to the owners site and register your truck and it will show you all the dealer services completed.

Just beware, all services may/may not be there, I have found all of mine but sometimes they use generic reporting codes and what is listed on the computer may not be exactly what was done. That is why I always keep a hard copy of all MX done, and before I leave if I have to, I have my SA hand write ne added info.

Is that the same as the mopar.com website? The Ramtrucks.com does not work.

It will also list any recalls you need or had done.
it is not perfect but helps.
You can also print the window sticker if you want

They don't hold all the records of what they do at the dealership ... my truck's records is missing a few things ....

Their record may also be incorrect. One of my Oil Change receipts was recorded as having 89,000 miles when in fact my RAM has less that 20,000 miles.
