The only thing holding me back is the ghosting. My truck is an 07 so the badges have been on for six years. I plan to remove the side Ram 1500s, the rear 4x4 and big horn emblem, While plastidipping the front and rear Ram heads and the hemi badges. Not sure if I want to deal with the ghosting though, what do you guys think?

I was able to remove the ghosting on my '95 (which I debadged in '03) with a good wash using dish soap, followed by some polishing compound and a decent amount of elbow grease. It was a maroon truck, I think you should have no problems.

When i debaged and removed the door spears my 05 in 2012 it took a lot of compound and buffing to get rid of it all. Goo gone and a 3m eraser wheel helped a lot to take the edges off. If youre not confident using a buffer, i highly recommend having a professional do it. Burnt paint is not a pretty sight
