2010 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton. First, I'm new to the forum and I apologize if this topic has been beaten like a dead horse already; I've searched and can't find my problem. As the weather changes to winter in MN, I just noticed that my defrost vents don't blow air. My dash and floor vents work fine when selected. When I turn the knob to defrost/floor, air just blows from the dash and floor. When I turn the knob to full defrost, air just blows from the dash. I don't hear any loud knocking when the truck is first started as described in other posts. I can get the air to blow from the defrost vents if I turn the fan to full blast while my selector knob is on dash and then quickly turn the knob to defrost. I do hear, and have heard for some time some subtle knocking / noises when I turn my truck off; I'm not sure if this noise is related to my problem or not. Any thoughts??
