Diablo Issues - Need help on using this damn thing

This isn't exactly ram related but bear with me,

I have the trinity 1000, Recently die to weak trans issues I have not used it and it is just sitting around and not paired up to my truck anymore.... I want to use it to extract to the base tune on the 2014 charger I have, but not tune it.... for some reason I cannot get the thing to communicate with the charger....
Does the 2014 charger work like a newer ram where you need a "cracked" PCM ? all I want to do is extract the tune to save it for when it goes into the dealer for work and they retune it or detune it like they constantly do here in cali

According to Diablo's website it should work.....

I'll keep trying and make better notes of my issues.... It's probably user error.. just need help figuring out what I'm doing wrong then...

Make sure it says it's "not married" to the truck,then it might need to be plugged into a computer and updated .If it's still giving you issues,phone Diablo,lol
