I have a Diamondback HD cover on my 2018 RAM 2500. I want to add work lights and antennas to the low profile cab guard. Has anyone done this? How did you manage the pod cables and coax through the cover and route to the cab/engine compartment. I am looking to do a very clean install. Thanks

I've seen others run the wires through the tubes into the bed of the truck and then through the bed up to the front underneath.

There are holes up front where there are tied down loops in the corners.

What kind of cab guard/headache rack do you have?
