Did someone steal my bed rail caps?

OK, old men start to drift into cognitive dysfunction - hey, it's all good, it's part of nature's plan - but I could swear when I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 last September, this little contractor's rack support slot was capped, like the two in the front of the bed.

We were out camping this past weekend, and I left my vehicle to get shuttled for a river run we did, and when I got the truck back at the end of the afternoon, I saw this:

Did your new truck come with these holes capped? Can I get these replaced?

Am I losing my marbles?

The rear 2 are open from the factory and I recently cut my front two open so I have access if I need. No concern for bed rust I'm aware up
