Looking to change the lubricant in my differential this weekend. 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 2WD.
So according to my Haynes manual, it says to use Mopar Synthetic gear lubricant SAE 75W-90.
Can I use any gear lubricant so long as it's 75W-90 weight? Based on my year, I don't need to add limited slip differential fluid, correct? Is one 32 ounce bottle enough?
Autozone has a bunch of SAE 75W-90 weight lubricants so I'm investigating my options.
