Well, one thing I've noticed recently is on my 2008 5.7 Hemi, when sitting at a light or even when driving down the road, if I actuate my power windows I'll see both the interior dash lights and headlights dim, also notice that the battery gauge indicator drops a bit.....

It's a brand new OE Mopar battery, I'm guessing it has to be a alternator that's going bye-bye perhaps?

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

I was going to suggest a battery when I saw your post title. My battery is old and it does the same thing when I do what you described. Maybe both of our alternators are going haha.

I'm guessing it's the alternator as well. I should just pull it off the truck and take it to a test center. it has 136K miles on it so it could be time to RIP. :)
