Door lock rod trim

Good evening everyone.

What is the name of the part that goes around the door lock rod on the shoulder of the door panel? Mine is a 2007 2500 and I'm looking for the trim piece for the right front door.
I had some body work done and the shop lost the trim piece and I have searched for several days and cannot find the part number.

I have looked at a ton of door part diagrams and I just don't see it.

It's not a separate or serviceable part, it's supposed to be a permanent part of the door card.
