Door sill plate’s illuminated

I’m putting in new door sill plates on my 2013 Dodge ram quad cab it has two wires anybody know where I can hook the wires up to? Underneath the existing door sill plate there is about 8 to 10 wires I’m hoping I don’t have to tap in to any of those

If the intent is to have them light up when you open the door, you could splice into the footwell lights as an option.

Go with what @MarshRam says above, it'll be the easiest solution. Run the wires to the existing footwell lights and just tap into them there. They'll light up with you open the door.
