Doors Will Unlock But Not Lock

I've been having this issue for longer than I would like to admit. I have also searched a bunch and no one seems to have my exact issue. Basically the truck unlock but will not lock. I believe I somehow disabled the locks or it is an electrical issue within the computer. The actuator seems to be working as it will unlock. Fuse is good as it will unlock, i have also swapped a new one in to test. I checked the wiring harnesses within the doors and they appear to be intact.

Here are some facts

- 2011 SLT 4 door quad cab
- Driver/Passenger door buttons and key FOB will unlock all 4 doors
- Driver/Passenger door buttons and key FOB will not lock any door
- Shutting off vehicle will unlock all 4 doors
- Locking on the key FOB will make horn and light flash, no lock will not engage
- Fuses are good
- When you press the unlock button on the doors, there is audible sound of the actuator trying to unlock, when you hit the lock you can not hear it trying to lock.

I tired changing the programing of the locks with this guide, and didn't change anything

Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like your truck thinks that the key is in the ignition.
