Hypothecally, if were to get dodge ram 3500 dually ctd, how hard is it to swap to a regular axle and bed?

swapping beds and axles not that hard if you have the know how. if you google single rear wheel conversions there are hundreds of threads on it.

You just need a new rear axle. I think the front you just need different rotors, maybe hubs.

I knew a guy who swapped back and forth on a Ford a couple times a year - typically drove with the SRW but would change over to DRW whenever hauling his camper.

i have personally done it on a tractor, pulled the far wheels off to make a single rear wheel for ripping, needed to make it through a fence and the drws wouldn't fit.
