Nice. What package did you get? I put stage 3 slotted/dimpled with green stuff pads on my truck last month.

Been loving them so far

Nice. Let us know what you think of this set up. I looked at EBC, but went Brake Motive because of a great sale they were having and on the recommendation of several people who have used and really like their brakes.

I've had EBC pads before on other vehicles. Never used their rotors. Ive tried all sorts of brakes over the years and IMO, EBC is top of the line of you don't consider big brake kit upgrades. I'd say there's probably better for value if you weigh cost/performance, but if money isnt a huge factor, EBC is solid.

Nice, let me know how they perform after install. I have been also thinking of upgrading to stainless steel brake lines too
I've got stainless brake lines on the front from the lift kit. If I end up replacing the calipers or disconnecting to paint them, I'll add them in the back as well.

Lol yes. Even if those boxes were loaded with bricks, they wouldn't be as heavy. I opened them to make sure the rotors weren't damaged in shipping and all looks good!

Just opened the box to check the pads and the directions state greenstuff is considered low dust while yellow stuff is considered high dust... Wtf. Their graphical charts make it seem like the yellow stuff is rated better for low dust. I would have gone green if that was the case. :(

Just ordered powerstop remanufactured calipers. It'll be $200 after core refund. I figured for $200, it'll save me some time and elbow grease to clean and paint them prior to doing the job. Looks like doing a full rebuild myself would be just as much in costs and much h more time. I may just hang on to the OEM calipers as well.

Just got the calipers. Unboxed the back ones first and was surprised and thought that I may not even paint them. Unboxed the front and was a bit disappointed. The front are sticky all over too :(IMG_20181213_160529.jpg

I had the yellow stuff on my 2005 1500. Loved them. Stopping power was great and they seemed to only dust slightly more than the factory. However the dust they did leave seemed to come off the wheels easier than the factory dust.

I have been used ebc pads for about 10 years they are nice but unless you use slotted/drilled rotors you don't get a greart advantage...

Thanks for the info! It'll be a bit till I get them on. Need to finish putting the garage door openers in first.

I have the EBC slotted and dimpled rotors with EBC yellow stuff, stopping power is awesome. Had it on my previous three trucks, loved the results so I stuck with it, no regrets.
