Emissions download

2021 Ram 3500 srw High output. Is it possible for Ram or someone to remotely download an emissions update to my truck? The noise I call a roaring noise I guess is coming from the EGR is open and louder than normal. The only thing different is I haven’t towed anything this week. I only keep about 500 lbs in the bed.

It might be the fan. The noise goes away when there is higher load on the engine. I’ve noticed when egt1 is above 500 the roaring is not there.
