I was pulling out of a parking lot the other day with the A/C on and fan motor blowing on high,
all of a sudden the blower motor just died, no nothing. I cant even feel cool or hot coming out of it as I change temperatures.

Its a 40 amp fuse, and it is working properly.
Everything else on the vehicle seems functional.
No error messages.

I have a appointment with the dealer, however it is 2 weeks out.
Anybody have any ideas?

The blower motor is underneath the glove box and pretty easy to change and there are several You tube video's on
how to do it. I'd try that first if all your fuses are good...

This. If fuses and relays check out, and the motor is in-op, it probably died. Get under the dash and give it a look. While the AC is running and the motor is suppose to be on, give it a tap. Maybe it kicked back on. Then you'll know it's binding. If it doesn't kick back on, it's likely just dead. Could be an issue with wiring, but typically not the case. Either way, you're gonna need to have it replaced.

Base warranty 3/36 will cover it (or if you have an extended warranty, it may be as well). If that is the case then take it to the dealer. Otherwise, like previously mentioned; check out some videos on Youtube and do it yourself. Super easy and will save you a bunch of money.

My 2005 Dodge Daytona did the same thing. Motor checked good. Relay checked good. Fuse's checked good. Long story short. Changed out the ignition switch. $35.00 at auto zone.

I watched some of the videos online, sometimes the resistor has power other times it does not. It will be working and I will walk around to the other side of the truck and it has stopped.
When the fan is NOT blowing (working properly) tapping on the motor does nothing, however if I unplug the resistor and plug it back in it sometimes starts the blower motor running.
I can start the truck numerous times and the motor will come on, other times it will not.
Am I safe to assume that the resistor is my problem??

Make sure you check the power connector to the fan...

Start by checking the voltage on the resistor connections if possible as you have already tried unplugging and plugging it back in. I had a 2001 Dodge Dakota that had fan speed issues, some settings didn't work and it turned out to be the fan speed switch itself.
Also on the same said Dakota the speed control resistor would burn out if the fan speed switch was in any position other than off. Starting the truck would spike the resistor due to current draw of the fan motor.
Thankfully on our Rams there is a time delay before anything comes after starting our truck

The blower was working when it arrived at the shop, and continued to work ALL DAY LONG, no code stored, worked like a champ. Charged me $$ to diagnose nothing, what a bunch of crap..
Two days later 2 miles from home, bang,,,, check engine light, it was like magic!!!
I went to the message center, and noooo messages stored.
Now Im gonna have to pay them again to diagnose nothing again!!!
Went straight to auto parts store and there code reader says it a nox sensor.....I may be getting old, but if memory serves me right this has happened before and there was nothing wrong then either, it was covered under the 3/36 then....
