Felt/Stripping on Plastic by Interior of Sunroof coming off - 2018 RAM 1500

Hi all - I'm sorry if this is a common topic, I couldn't find what I was looking for with a simple search.

There is some tacky 1" felt/stripping with adhesive that is lining a piece of hard plastic between the sunroof and the interior of my truck. This felt/stripping has bunched up and is coming off. I don't think this is weatherproofing, maybe it is, but is this something I can easily replace myself? What should I order to replace it? Or should I not worry?
