Ok, so normally when I'm on duty I throw my personal keys into my duty bag but today I managed for forget to do it (perhaps too much turkey left in my system...).
Anyway, today being a ****** day overall, I managed to mangle the rubber buttons on my keypad. The key works fine otherwise to start the truck and what not, but obviously the first thing I realized is the key isn't resistant to the elements anymore. Can I canibalize another key in order to fix mine (swap the front shells?) or am I stuck having to buy a whole new key?
Picture attached so you guys and girls have an idea.
