front end collision without frame damage

I am replacing my front fenders and complete bumper. Found perfect match replacements, right color at salvage. I need help with "how to". Specifically, the replacement fenders have entire wheel well assembly. Need procedure. Also, it appears the front bumper needs to come off first. I am concerned about the bags deploying. Absolutely must avoid that. Thanks guys.
