I would assume it would, S&B had to redesign their box for 2014+ as some AC lines were in the way of their previous configuration. My truck was a 2014 and had no issues with install, just follow the directions and drive it.

S&B Cold Air Intake for 2014-2015 with less than 400 miles. Perfect condition. Comes with everything from S&B including hardware, sticker, and instructions. This is a great mod - only reason for sale, I sold the truck.
