Will this part# 68402203aa 7" evic work on a 2018 ram 1500 4x4 gas 5.7

If it’s a Rev B cluster then yes, it will. Rev B is 2014 and later, if you purchase a 2013 7” Premium cluster you won’t get TPMS readings, as the sensors are different.

If you’re using alfa you could retry a few times, the first doesn’t always work. Are you doing everything completely?

You will want a 2014 or newer. Was mentioned earlier in this thread, TPMS readings will not work, as the sensors are different.

I’m not worried about the tpms not reading on it I was just wanting to knowing it will work I’m getting one from a friend for 50$ but wanted to know if it will work if that’s the only thing missing I’m fine with it

The 2013 should read the TPMS on the 14 up trucks. I have a 13 cluster in my 14 and it works fine. It's actually the opposite. The 14 cluster won't work in a 13. As long as they haven't changed the TPMS on the 19 you should be ok. The 13 will not show front park assist and may have problems communicating with your radio to display stations ect depending on what radio you have definitely worth giving it a try for $50.
