HIDs and projectors were made for each other.
My 2017 has OEM halogen projector headlights on it, as did my 2014, and I got a Morimoto 35W HID low beam kit from Retroshop for both trucks. It significantly improved light output.
Soon Diode Dynamics will have a led designed for projectors available though. Not sure how it will perform compared to HID though
details?
Thanks for the reply. Im assuming the HId bulb fit ok in the halogen projector housing ok? Was everything in one kit you needed, such as bulbs, wiring, and ballasts? I have heard HID bulbs are very long.

Notice it says 2-4 week backorder...they are not available just yet.

Everything fit find and the kit came with everything I needed. Remember, fitment was for my 2017 OEM capsules. Your capsules look like aftermarket units so you may have to notch or cut either the opening in the back of your capsules or shave a bit of material on the HID bulb tabs. It's a minor issue that will be easy to rectify.
I wonder if the bulbs come with the projector housing, or just fit into stock housing?
My projectors came with H1 halogen bulbs. Does the 2013-15 ram projectors have H1 bulbs? If so, these should work. You probably need h1 or h11 for those. Whatever is in there now replace with the same hid bulb obviously. You may need canbus ballasts depending on the year truck.

I think these are them. They state h1 bulb. I think the 9005 are for factory lights.
