Hello all. So I'm pretty sure I need to replace my heater core. 2014 ram 2500 6.7l. Almost 200k miles. I can smell coolant when the heater is on and the passenger floor board is wet. Coolant level drops very slowly. Needs to be topped of every couple months. I just ordered a heater core. Is there anything else I will have to replace? other than fluids. Like Das clips or anything. I haven't studied the procedure much yet, just more extra stress than I need right now.
Any links or part numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You better start watching YouTube videos, that explain how to do it.

You will not find many videos, that show only 1 person tackling that job

this is part 1 of a 4 part video

If you pull the HVAC unit & disassemble it on a bench, it would be silly to not put in new doors & replace the foam

There are a couple of companies that make the doors inside of the HVAC system

Dorman makes a cheaper set, but not the worst

this company likely makes the best & the most expensive, except for may be Mopar brand

Hey GT instead of the posting a pic,it'd be much better if you just posted a link to things. If you've already spent the time to hunt up the pic,it'd be just as easy to copy and paste the link at the same time
