Welding is now old news, glue them panels in that's today's tech and is so much easier then messing with a welder.

It's not old news and is a beneficial skill to have, however I do agree. For some panels, gluing with a good patch panel adhesive can be better and easier in alot of cases. The adhesive forms a better seal than even the best beads when applied properly.
