I have 2003 ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi. It recently broke the cylinder 3 valve spring and I replaced it. It drove fine for a couple days then started running real rough. I ran the code and it said cylinder 7 misfire. It has new plugs and coil pack. What else could be causing it?
