I just bought a used upper console with home link in it. I transferred it to my 2015 Ram 1500 console plugged it in and it works great with my garage door opener. How do I connect it to an ignition on only circuit, right now it is energized when ignition is off. I didn’t see a rear window plug up there I have read it is key on energized only.

The factory wiring is constant power, you would need to pull a power wire from a switched source to feed power to the homelink.

There I pulled a wire from a switched source and cut off the energized spade on the fuse 80 drawing from the cold side through the fuse in 65 (red dots are energized side of fuse)
