Right now I'm just running the 87 oct tune. Pedal commander also. I can break them loose but not really interested in smoking my tranny or anything. Lol. Probably could tho.
Trans is getting sent to be built the trucks used to haul 10-13k so i would like the piece of mind that it can hold up to long hauls

Pedal Commander sport plus and +4 setting then turn off the T/C. They probably have a burnout pit.

Every once I awhile I like to have a little fun n see what the trucks capable of doing. Once I win that’s the last of the burnouts then back to hauling

Do you have 4.10's? If not that will hurt you with the 35's. I have just a Pedal Commander and an S&B intake and I bet I could coax a burn out with T/C off but if I’m going to destroy tires on purpose or by accident I’m going to do it with my Charger lol.

Just slap a tuned and deleted Cummins in it. You can do burnouts at will without brakes even with all the nanny's and LSD.

I jest of course...... about slapping a Cummins in it, not about being able to do burnouts at will. ;)

New torque converter made all the difference in mine, but it also has 4.10 gears.

Dont even waste your time......you know some good ole boy is going to show up with a rusty, unregistered 2wd 1986 1500 with a huge v8 and hes gonna smoke his $20 junk yard tires until they pop

Sad part is that’s true those old trucks are cheap to make power

PW2018PW is right. You could help your cause if you had waaaayy skinnier tires.

And FYI, I do have 4.10s and a K&N CAI and a PC in my CCLB 6.4 4X4. With TC off, I still can't light 'em up with the MT tires without using the brakes. Those MTs just GRAB.
My truck is also substantially heavier than yours. Plus, I added a 70 lb bed mat, a 55 lb headache bar, a 110 lb grille guard, 65 lb steps, about 40 lbs of safety equip. and whatever 400 rds of .45 ACP 230 gr hardball weighs. (Never know when ya won't make it home)

Could a traction control device be limiting wheel spin, this is common on cars with ABS/VSC/TRAC. There is an over ride mode for "service" mode

4.10 6.4 could break traction with the 35 RTs. always when going sideways.
now with cold air, and exhaust, it can lite em up anytime.
traction control off and a guaranty youll just send it flying.
