I bought the weather tech in channels for mine. There wasn't any tape on them and I was very happy about that.

The rears should have some sort of 3m tape.
Fronts? Nope! They will not

Weird. I got the AVS one which is similar to weather techs and the front had nothing a it is wedged in but the rears did.

nope, none of the 4 did. Judging from this thread, looks like it varies by the set.

Thats weird that it varies..doesnt make sense lol..all mine came with tape

wonder if it's sometjhing about production date? Well of all the odd stuff I've heard this is pretty good. 3 different sets and 3 different varieties.

mine had tape. it was a easy 15 minute mod. No issues so far.
