Hydrogen Vs Air is about using Hydrogen to 'air up' the tires..... I do not know the cost...…..what I'm reading is the Hydrogen does not seem to expand so much in the hot weather and 'shrink' so much in the cold weather, causing your tires to see more consistent internal temperatures and pressures...for better wear characteristics...…. its relatively new, so I have not seen any real reports on its effectiveness.....or its cost/benefit analysis.
