Intermittent garage button

Some days it works just fine, others not at all, and some days it doesn’t work after startup but will work by the time I get home.

Any thoughts?

I’ve had this happen with several vehicles and every time it was the opener itself not accepting the signal from the remote in the vehicle. The fix was to wipe the code in the truck, relearn with a standard remote and pair it with the opener unit.
