Not the most educated on shocks. But I'm saying no. But there appears to be no lift on the truck so its prob just a stock height replacement.

Is there any stickers or part #'s on the shock? That'd more that likely give you at least a manufacturer

They might be good ones, if they are Monroes or something like that. But they may be cheap ones too, JC Whitney sells them and they suck. I hope yours are decent.

Does that say 'sensatrac'? If so, it's Monroe. Definitely load spring shocks and not stock.

I didn't think they did. But Tony just put a set on his 2nd gen and said he gained a couple of inches after them

I have heard they do lift a bit so that when you haul something heavy the back end won't sag as much.

You have an 03 4x4? If so just get a set of torsion bar keys. If you still are not level, just crank the torsion bars up until you get it to your liking.
