Drove it around 100 miles today. No funny noises and the ride quality is improved in my opinion (even with the addition of larger tires). Very pleased!

Been driving for a few weeks since the Bils and tires got put on. There is a definite reduction in fuel mileage. I was seeing 27 on the highway driving conservative. Its more like 23 now. I knew it would drop some, but i was thinking like 2mpg. Looks like it cost me about 4-5mpg.

^ damn. I would think a 2 mpg drop too. 4-5 is nasty. But oh well, you can't put toyo mt's on a Prius. So, I bought a RAM.

Did you adjust your speedo? If not, a reading of 100 miles on the odo will likely reflect an actual distance more like 103 miles, so 23 mpg would actually be 24. Still a pretty big drop.

im not really surprised, its whats happens when you put 39lb car tires on a truck and air them up to the moon to meet EPA standards.

Yeah that's believable for sure. Not sure what the weight on the M/T's are (couldn't find it online anywhere) but that size in the A/T's are 62 lbs / tire. M/T's would weigh more, I'm guessing maybe 3 lbs. That's in 325/60/20 weight range. My 35's weigh 69 lbs and I lost 4-5 mpg.

Currently flying my 2015 Sport Quad Cab.

This is my first Ram, I've always been a GM guy, but after being extremely disappointed with my 2014 GMC (I sold it with 4k on the clock) I decided to try a Ram and have been overall thrilled with it.

I was told that my truck would fit a 295/65 tires with a 2.5 inch leveling kit. I haven't tried it yet. I lost 1 MPG with the leveling kit. Loosing another 3-5 MPG with those tires scare me now. Yikes
