Where are you filling up? Thats how much gas is in FT McMurray now. At home its usually 10 to 15 cents cheaper.

Yea Everyone knows MPG's and dodges are optional equipment. MPG's aren't standard. And a little over rated lol.

uh, you guys are just buyin/drivin the Dodges that have two too many cylinders and 8 or 16 too many spark plugs;)

all depends how you drive and what you drive...a rc/sb 2wd will always be lest thirsty than a qc/sb 4wd

I'm only getting 10.5mpg, on a Good day. Not quite sure what it'll get on the highway, I always take the wife's 'Rango on the long trips (which gets 19ish on the highway, 13-14city)

I average about 11.5 around town/back roads. Which is about 99% of my driving. Only Highway I've driven since I bought it was on the way home from the dealership. Averaged about 15mpg @ 70-75mph on the thruway.

My average which is for a 40 mile round trip commute or so every day is 13.5. That includes running around to the store and all the stuff we do during the week and my days off work. Thats on the 91 octane Superchips tune, dual exhaust, Airraid Mit tube and 315/70/17 tires. As long as the wife dont ***** too much about it, I dont worry about mpgs that much.

She was fine with it, originally bought it just to adjust my speedo after lift and tires, then found out how much fun the 91 octane tune was, and have been running it since.

Somethings definately wrong then. A 4.7L usually wont get as good gas mileage as a 5.7, if you can believe it, but you should still be getting well over 10.5.

In town I'm getting 18 MPG unloaded. As long as I can avoid a light to light run whistling.gif ; if I'm hard on the long skinny pedal to often on a tank I'm down in the 16's.

On the highway unloaded I'll get between 20 & 22 depending on the conditions.

Towing I'll see anywhere from 18 to 13 depending on the load.

I get about 8 city (my leadfoot likes to fall asleep) and the best I ever got on the highway was 14-15 drivin 85 from here to Arkansas for a hunting trip. My plugs are fine and so are the wires, I'm still contemplating if the plenum has ne issues or not.

Well ya know how to check that. And if ya are losing oil. Well i'd assume so and just fix it anyway. But that's me.
