FYI Ive talked with a Katzkin installer and he recommended against full leather.
Leather will stretch over time, and if the sides and backs of the seat covers are leather, it turns into a very loose fitting cover. Cant fix it other than replacing the stuff completely.
Having vinyl (eh hem....simulated leather) on the sides and backs prevents that so the cover will stay taught further into the future.
Thanks Chris! This is why I love this site. By going the simulated/real combo, it will save me from having loose seats down the road, having my wires touch in my head, and kooking out. Haha!
Ok just called leatherseats.com
For full leather, perforated, 2 color, with ram logo, and colored stitching the price is 1600. Without ram logo price is $1400. Really nice seats, but too rich for my blood.
They sent me this pic of what they will actually look like.

I've got the exact same seats in mine. When you installed your covers did they replace the vinyl on the console door as well or did it stay the same?

Just wondering if any of you guys have tried the roadwire leather seats? You can get front and rear leather installed from costco for $1299.00. They seem nice. Anyone have em? Love em? Hate em? Why?
Thanks brian.
