Hey guys...

This started occurring over a year ago, but none the less, I've replaced batteries but my key fob (specifically keyless entry) stopped working. Is there a simple solution to alleviating this issue, or is this something truck internal that's going to cost some money to rectify?? I imagine it could be a fuse or relay but I'm lost here...

Help lol

If other functions still work on your fob then you need a new fob, it's not the module in the truck, it's the circuit board in the fob not sending a signal from the unlock/lock part.

The insides of the FOBs are known to fall apart..... if you check YouTube there are a few videos on how you can possibly repair them depending on what's broken.

In your op, it sounded like some of the buttons worked n some not, that's why I said what I said, take it apart and take a look to see if any solider is broken and check the traces for imperfections I.e. missing sections.
