I just noticed my 1500 is leaning to the drivers side. Maybe a 1/2", but it did catch my attention. She just went through a 100k Refresh. No suspension, or wheel issues.

Nothing appears loose or missing. What should I start checking?

They all lean to that side. There was a Chrysler engineer on one of the truck pages several years ago, that claimed the trucks were designed that way,to off set the road crowns.Whether that's true or not,i can't confirm, but they all lean to the drivers side.I call hogwash on anybody who thinks it's do to the gas tank,as they still lean whether the tanks full or empty, plus the engine and transmission are both offset to the pass side of the truck,to compensate for the weight on the drivers side of the truck.Take a tape measure to the engine and measure where it sits in the truck, and you'll see the engine is definitely biased towards the pass side, that's also why the passengers side footwell is narrower then the drivers side footwell.

If you have to have it level you could always install airbags and level it or if you have progressive springs in the rear, cut the right one to level.

I guess you could consider cutting the right stock spring but I have not seen people do that.

Never mind, should have read @Wild one before posting.
;)
The tank is closer to the center of the truck then it is to the drivers side,as it's inside the frame rail.Plus the engines offset to the passenger side, definitely out weighes a full tank of fuel. The fact they lean whether the tanks full or empty, kind of squashes the theory it's the tank

Neither of mine lean at all…

When you measure the ground to fender height on each side, how much lower is the driver side? I mean, i would say a half inch here or there is probably normal, but if yours is an inch or more, thats definitely not normal.
