Led fog lights/DRL bumper with no holes

Hi guys, I've been trying to find info on how to install led fog lights or DRLs on the center hole from my bumper. Mine doesn't have fog light holes and not planning on replacing the bumper. I've seen people doing it and looks awesome but can't find any info on what type and size lights do i need and how to mount them on the bumper. The look on the attached picture is what I'm trying to accomplish. Thanks for your help!

Nice. I just want to hook them up to headlight wiring, easier i think...

Apparently there's is an unused fuse somewhere in the fuse box that is supposed to be there in case you want to do day time running lights. ( 2009-2013 rams had them). I was going to try and find the fuse on my 15 Ram express so I can put halos in the headlights. I'll try and let you know. Going to ask the forum now.
