Length question......

Would a single cab long bed be the same length as an 01 quad cab short bed? I wrecked my truck the other day and have found a long bed single cab shell I'd like to swap everything over to.

i believe short bed for short bed and long for long, at least that is the way it was when wrecked my sob f150

I believe the frame specs (length x width) are the same but the body mounts are different. You would have to move those mounts for the rear of the cab and front of the bed up the frame rails.
