Real nice setup big fan of the dark grey. Those lights didnt come stock on the 18 big horn did they?

Nope! I found a good deal on some OEMs and used a Headlight revolution conversion kit to install. Going to replaces the bulbs though, they don't seem very bright.

Any lift in the rear or stock?

1.5 spacer. But I did use bilstein rear shocks.

35x12.5 no wheel spacers! This gives me hope that I can accomplish the same thing. My parts are on order - hope to have it installed before the new year.

I like the look of @Chief_6.7 's truck with OE wheels and spacers, but if I can get away with no spacers, I'll go without. If for whatever reason they don't clear, the shop will order a set to put on.
