No I'm using them for lift, just to level the truck when towing. But its lifted now and some say I will need spacers because it's lifted

Hmmm, well, most lifted trucks end up sitting level when unloaded. So yea, if your truck is level and then you load it up, if very well could become low in the back.

Spacers would fix this issue when loaded, but will cause it to be high in the back when unloaded.

That is where air bags shine. The truck can be leveled when empty AND loaded.

And what was your rake before and after lift?

Thanks. I got a 6 inch BDS lift on it. 35x13.5 Ridge Grapplers and 20x10 Gear Alloy Big Blocks. Still has about 2 inches of rake. Currently exploring options to lift up the front a bit.

Do you have the Bilstein 5100s up front? Would pretty much solve that

That's actually what I'm thinking about doing. Just wanted to make sure it wont mess up the geometry too much, adding that to the lift.

That I do. The installer did not ask me which set of coils I wanted me and told me that it would be pretty much level with the 5".

Nope, 3" levels it and 5" keeps rake. Can make them swap out for a 3in or add bils upfront depending how tall you want your truck to sit. If you add bils you will most likely want 37" tires

Just got the Ram lifted! Had it since last Mother’s Day.

2012 big horn, 6” RCX with front kickers. 1.25” wheel spacers on 35x12.5R20 Toyo R/Ts

Shop didn’t drop bils down from 2.8 or take off 1.5” rear spacers. Love the height and stance, just too tall for my 35’s

Dropping in back off to have spacers removed and bils adjusted. Any suggestions on front settings?

Also anyone have issues with steering sensors.

Take the spacer out, drop the bils to .7. Should be pretty level then
