Hwy @70mph on stock 265/70/17 I averaged 21-22mpg. Leveled and jumped to 305/55/20’s and I am at about 17-18mpg... HUGE difference in footprint and friction...but it brings a smile to my face despite the wail of my wallet...

Have a 6" lift and 35" M/T's, average about 13 MPG (hand calculated, the cluster lies) . Half my daily drive is 70-80mph, and the home commute is usually against the wind 10-15mph on average. And I got other mods on my truck aside from the lift that don't help with aerodynamics, I lost 1 MPG if not more from those. I think I would probably average the same if I drove city all the time. 3.21 gears and some bolt on performance mods for me.

Have read lots about the E-fan, wonder exactly what the fuel gains would be with this mod?

I have ran a lot of different tests with and without the clutch fan and I average around ~1 mpg better with it off. In town and highway without a load I always have it off. If I tow I put it back on since the little efan isn’t enough to keep it from over heating. Very easy to put on and off though.

Ya I think I lost around 5mpg going with the lift and bigger meat also. I agree that the new look overrides the loss in mileage , lol
