well I didn't have time last night so I threw a 10 millimeter socket and ratchet in my truck I figured I just do it real quick when I stopped for gas. But I just stopped for gas and it doesn't look like it 10 millimeter it looks like it's 6 millimeter bolts.

Oh, don't get me wrong, there's definitely some value to a cosmetic upgrade. I was just pointing out that the performance aspect of that particular part is completely aesthetic. Not that that's a bad thing, of course.

did you have to modify the box to accept the breather tube? Kind of looks like it. I still haven't done anything with mine. I still don't know exactly where it leads too. After reading some articles on how auto companies place tubes running from the air intake into the vehicle so you can hear the engine sound I'm thinking that's probably all it is. Now some of the automakers are adding sound boxes in the cars that have a pre-recorded track so you think are hearing the engine.

The tube did give me a little bit of boost. Works for me!

My box is totally different. Its the APM ram air box for my hood. No mods were needed for it.
