Looking to buy a 3500 H.O. Who are the competitive dealers these days?

Here's what I'm looking for. Flexible on color except can't do black.
3500
Not Dual Axle
4x4
H.O. Diesel
Short Bed
Crew Cab
12"
Prefer to not have the $4k "blackout" option, unless the deal is too good to pass up.

Probably a Laramie, but can also work with Big Horn. Flexible if it makes sense.

Things I like but don't "have" to have.
Towing technology
Safety technology

mark was the cheapest and best priced ive seen. coming from maryland his trucks were 30k lower than what i can get up here :|

sadly, i backed off cause i can't stomach the payments.

I just went through the purchase process. There are lots of 2500s out there, but 3500s in the upper trim levels are scarce and not cheap.
