That must’ve been a joy! I don’t know if it’s the same part, but that hood seal really did a number on the backs of my hand when doing headers, coil packs and wires! AFTER I was done bleeding, I read to remove it before doing work! I think it has about 25-30 mounting pins underneath!Valve covers are back on and I started installing new emblems. I will snap pictures once they all get here. Hoping they make it here this week.
Maybe, roflmao. Great garage Space U got there too !!!!
Always go before show lol. Yes my arms and hands are all nice and cut up. The way the motor sits back makes it tough. If you do decide to go with a cut and polish, check your paint with a paint gauge. Just so you know if you have any thin spots. That must’ve been a joy! Looks great!
I considered doing a color match on intake and head covers! I just want to get the “go” done before the “show”! My paint job really needs a cut and polish!
I appreciate the heads up! I don’t have the patience for that…my brother is a long-time body man! His son, my nephew that bought my house, now has a nice heated garage to do any work that needs doing! I’m carrying some of the mortgage…one or two payments will go far to the work, exterior AND interior!Always go before show lol. Yes my arms and hands are all nice and cut up. Awesomeness!!!Well after jumping up early and getting her inspected, I called the Downtown DMV where our plates were. They were ready. I wasn't thinking first of the month, so that took almost 2 hours to get them and a tag lol. Oh well wife is super happy with them. More updates to come!
