I just got my IHC 3/5 drop installed on my 2022 1500 Bighorn. I love the look of it, but to be honest the rear is a little bouncy. I also installed the airlift helper bags and am thinking the problem lies with the shocks. I am going to try to find a Bilstein replacement for the IHC supplied shocks. If anyone has any ideas on shock options, I am willing to listen!5BCB5295-9C4B-49FD-9449-ED6A8B818BE9.jpeg39AB1333-A919-487D-98E0-FDC3923A65FD.jpeg42C99D26-40BF-49F9-A334-61D54B007369.jpeg

I have a buddy that manages a parts store and he was able to come up with this set of Bilsteins.

So the next pic is a side by side comparison of the Bilsteins, the IHC supplied shocks (with adapter piece installed to fit the truck), and the oem shocks. The Bilsteins actually are shorter collapsed than the IHC supplied shocks.

The last pic is of the Bilsteins installed. To install them I had to use the bushings for the eye from the IHC shocks (the Bilstein supplied bushing was for an 5/8” bolt, the truck has metric bolts) and I used the rubber bushings from the factory shocks. I believe the Bilsteins I used were actually intended for use on the front of a 83-97 Ford Ranger 4x4.E64B727F-8E3E-4189-992D-EC73CFF70796.jpegAll that was left to do was go for a test ride…it went great…ride is much improved, almost like it did at factory height. It got rid of the bouncy ride I was experiencing with the IHC shocks installed.
