Finally got the rear buttoned up. Relocation brackets from illicit customs (no cut kit) re centered the wheels, corrected the pinion angle. Also installed air lift helper bags and the hellwig sway bar. Very impressed after only one night of driving. Rides and Hooks like a dream. Looks like going another inch or so in the rear won't be an issue now!06bcc2b904b734bd20b3528284892d53.jpg29525b6172803388600bbae3987df9ac.jpg48231011fbca145db26d1c443277918f.jpg966e362961873d816e3395083f3b3b36.jpg64bd7b83c8ffb41754d6ae19df6ca5a6.jpg05c54d9da301ece377b84d80c5879213.jpg1552a5ac66d8fc5681ddb31798f9191a.jpg

How did the install go on the Illicit brackets? Was it easy?

Wasn't too bad. Main thing is getting lined up and drilling the new holes.

Could you get the drill in there & drill the holes straight or was it tight to work in there

Yea I have seen pictures where people have pulled the whole rearend out of the truck to install the brackets. I really want & need them to get rid of the high speed sway, just need to break down & buy a set

That's the true test for me too. I got the wobble at 120 or so depending on the road. We will see soon and update

Magaughys 2 inch springs. I didnt want to go any lower. The 22 s look ok but the plan is 24" hellcat replicas. Giovanna has a sick ass wheel also that looks pretty close to the hellcat wheel in black.

My 2015 Black Ram Express lowered with Inez Hotrods 4/6 kit. Very pleased with ride. Tires are 275/55/20, Falkens. Rear bump stops are removed. Haven't bottomed out yet. Drives normal. Tie rods shaved off, alignment back to factory settings. Left the rear Beltech shocks on and running factory shocks up front. I bought Airlift helper bags just in case, but looks like I may not need them installed. With this kit, the tire setup, I just only have 1/2 of an inch between the side wall of tire to the edge of upper control arm. You can run wider tire, but as you know, tires flex. That was a surprise I was not expecting. Overall I'm very pleased with the kit.

My truck.

Here's my truck, 2014 Bighorn, debadged and 2/4" Mcgaughy kit. I have a really bad "bottoming out" problem in the rear. Should I remove the bump stops or get new rear shocks. Suggestions???!!!!?!?

Are you still running factory bumps in the rear? If so I would either trim them a little shorter or run a shorter aftermarket bump stop. I wouldn't recommend removing them all together. Hitting bump stop is annoying but hitting metal to metal would be much worse

Yes, after installing them 3/8" longer than stockers and after alignment, the camber cam bolts on the lower control arms are somewhere in the middle. Before they were nearly maxed out. Definitely gives more headroom to align. And the ball joint angle is far better than the stock arm.
